Just replaced the factory radio in this 2007 F-250 Lariat Super Duty with a Sony AM/FM CD receiver with dual Bluetooth technology. Two Bluetooth devices can be connected at the same time! You can also (& inexpensively) add Sirius/XM Radio to this receiver.
